How a pilot works

  2. Scoped pilot — we agree a clear, owner-approved scope and success criteria.
  3. Supervised onboarding — we set you up with you, validated on fictitious data first.
  4. Start at one location — a single location is the usual starting point.
  5. Run & review — kiosk punches, schedules, and audited corrections in daily use.
  6. Pilot review — we review results against the success criteria and plan next steps.

Pricing

Pilot pricing is scoped after a demo. It depends on your location count, team size, setup scope, and support needs. There is no public price list and no self-serve checkout — your quote is prepared and owner-approved after we understand your operation.

Support during a pilot

You get scoped pilot support during onboarding and the pilot itself. To set expectations honestly: there is no formal SLA and no 24/7 support commitment at this stage.

What a pilot is not

  • Not self-serve signup — early access is via demo and supervised pilot.
  • Not a public pricing plan — pricing is scoped with you after a demo.
  • Not a payroll service — Zylabor prepares payroll-readiness, it does not run payroll.
